The name IAH isn’t just a label; it’s a blend of the endings of Nathan’s children’s names, symbolizing the deep family bond that drives our work.

Our logo features a cheetah, inspired by Nathan’s mother’s favorite animal, representing the speed, agility, and precision we bring to every project. The gold color, her favorite, stands for quality and excellence, while the crown symbolizes the three children in the family, highlighting our family-centered approach.

Nathan Mireles

Owner of IAH Construction LLC

A proud UTRGV graduate, and active duty military. My journey began with a fix-and-flip project in 2021, where I had the privilege of meeting great mentors and building invaluable relationships. These experiences led to several successful projects and the establishment of IAH Construction LLC in 2024. Since then, we have already built and sold one house and currently have three more under construction.

Shawn Saldana

The backbone of our company

Shawn Saldana is my mom and our esteemed manager.

With her wealth of knowledge and dedication, she ensures our operations run smoothly and efficiently.
